Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

-Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition;
-Item must be in original packaging;
-Proof of purchase is required (make sure to send this in your return package);

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items cannot be returned:

-Personalized or custom-made items;
-Digital products;
-Gift cards;
-Clearance or final sale items;
(No exceptions. This keeps things fair and simple.)

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are issued via Money Order to the address on file. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to mail.

If the item is returned damaged, used, or incomplete, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

-Your order number;
-Photos of the item and packaging;

After that, we will be able to start the return process.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
