7-Day Damaged Return Policy:

At Renea Gifts LLC, we want you to love your purchase. That said, we’re a small business, so we keep our return policy clear and manageable.

Returns:

All products are final sale, however in the case of damaged items upon delivery we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

-Your order number;
-Photos of the item and packaging;

After that, we will be able to start the return process.

To be eligible for a return:​

-Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition;
-Item must be in original packaging;
-Proof of purchase is required (make sure to send this in your return package);

Return Shipping:

-Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are issued via Money Order to the address on file. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to mail.

If the item is suspiciously damaged, used, or incomplete, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
